The files are compressed and requires a decompression software like winzip or pkzip to extract. If you are using XP SP1 or later then the default decompression utility that comes with XP will extract the files from the archive. if you do not have a decompression program installed on your computer then download one here. download.winzip.com
Follow the steps below to download and install from your computer
1. Click the "file link" at left to start the download process
2. Choose A Destination Folder To Save The "Download" file
3. Open the folder where the "Download" file is stored.
4. Locate and unzip the "Download" file
